“We stayed here for about 3 months due to some unexpected construction in our home and overall had a good stay. Great Park isn't the most convenient but this is closer to Sand Canyon which is helpful. Amenities like parks/pools are nice, and despite some alarming incidents nearby (and a coyote one time) we found the area quiet enough and peaceful. The house looks very much like the pictures but has some wear and tear, and we needed maintenance help numerous times (blinds, toilets, garage...). They were quick to send a handyman or tried to fix things. Some random things that stood out: -It feels like it's meant for tall people (counter height, shower etc) -Not all windows are fully covered -Great AC/cool downstairs -Master bedroom mattress is very comfortable and good blackout curtains but the other two rooms less so -Lots of closet/dresser space but only one small desk/chair -Downstairs tile floor echoes/can get loud -Dining chairs not very comfortable”

“Hot tub was broke most of the time we were there and pool isn’t heated till the end of May so couldn’t use that either, these were part of the reason we picked the property. We had problems with ants in the apartment.”

“I had a great two-month stay with Month to Month. The team was cooperative, responsive, and professional throughout my entire stay. The home was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were especially good, which made a big difference during a long stay. The entire experience was very smooth — from self check-in, to the full length of the stay, and even the check-out process. Everything felt easy and well-organized, almost like staying in your own home. I did encounter a few maintenance issues during my stay, but the team handled them with care and attention and made sure everything was addressed properly. The only small suggestion I would add is that the kitchen could benefit from a few additional utensils and appliances. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely book with them again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the great service.”
