“This was a fantastic stay. Very accommodating, non intrusive with all the amenities and extras you could need. The location is in a gated community, and is surrounded by friendly neighbors in a quiet area. Hosts are the most friendly and accommodating. Stayed almost a month short of a few days. Work trip with family tagging along with me. It’s a good little niche for a small family trip, couples escape or just a solo run. The walls between neighbors are very well insulated. Both sides of the neighbors, we had the same worry that we were being too loud at night. However— although all three of us thought this, we heard nothing from any of us. Very private and sound proofed. The host leaves lots of gadgets for cleaning, cooking, games and more! This is a total gem in the desert. Highly recommended!! Bookedup is a great small family business, dedicated to giving their guests the best experience!!! Thanks again yall.”

“Over all stay was good. It has been recently updated on the interior and was greatly appreciated. Exterior of the property needs some tlc. Ample room for our family, and amenities were good. We appreciated the packaged toothbrushes for those who forgot their’s. Had to call for fire pit maintenance and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with counters, barstools, and overall. Crumbs, etc. The biggest concern would be the dust on everything outside, and the pool not being clean. The desert has many windy days and we understand that. This is on the property management company-checking on house in between each renter should be a must. And making sure renters names are at the front gate at check-in. Reminder the pool/spa has an extra charge to heat them.”

“Our stay here was great, it’s looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed for a weekend at Coachella. The area was quiet and private, and also very close to the venue. The hosts even surprised us with a little festival goodie basket which was very sweet!”
