“The home is beautiful and matched the listing photos, which we appreciated. However, we experienced significant maintenance issues throughout our entire stay. WiFi was out on arrival. The jacuzzi (paid extra) took hours of troubleshooting to get working. The disposal was broken, causing the sink to back up all weekend. The dishwasher never worked. The pool became murky by our last night. One rug was visibly dirty. A handyman was promised Saturday but never came. A cleaner stopped by Sunday night and did his best but couldn't fix the disposal or dishwasher. We spent our last evening waiting and checkout morning hand-washing dishes. The host was at times responsive but issues went unaddressed for long periods. We hope these are fixed for future guests.”

“Over all stay was good. It has been recently updated on the interior and was greatly appreciated. Exterior of the property needs some tlc. Ample room for our family, and amenities were good. We appreciated the packaged toothbrushes for those who forgot their’s. Had to call for fire pit maintenance and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with counters, barstools, and overall. Crumbs, etc. The biggest concern would be the dust on everything outside, and the pool not being clean. The desert has many windy days and we understand that. This is on the property management company-checking on house in between each renter should be a must. And making sure renters names are at the front gate at check-in. Reminder the pool/spa has an extra charge to heat them.”

“The home itself and the service was 10/10. Only minor inconveniences were some maintenance problems. When we first got there the pool was pretty dirty with some cockroaches floating around but the host was able to get the pool guy there with in 30 minutes. Others than that were was some small things needed to be fixed like some floor boards broken, the shower head not being secure and only 1 of the 2 washers working. I would book again since the owner was very professional and responsive with our problems.”
