“The house was great. It was clean and in a great location. The bike path was a huge plus. The only down side was there was a small issue with locking the door. We messaged as this was a safety issue and did not receive follow up until we figured it out. Also, a cleaner showed up with no notice while we were renting the space. We refused entry as we were insure if this was scheduled or a mistake, however Aaron never responded to confirm. The house itself was great, communication was not.”

“This is one of the few Airbnbs that is better than the listing. Everything was as-pictured, or better. The townhome is in an enclosed, safe, relatively new enclave in Imperial Beach, near grocery stores, main roads, and the beach. The garage (large enough for our VW Atlas) was a welcome addition that made us feel particularly safe about our vehicle. The handful of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas in the garage were also appreciated. The best thing about this space was its cleanliness; everything was neat, orderly, and hotel-quality. Easy check-out process, too (we didn't have to clean or anything; just took out the trash and messaged the host that we were out). I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property 100%.”

“Great place, great price, just a drive away from places to visit. Took the family to San Diego and this place was just what we needed. Private garage, great space for my family (3 adults and a child). Everything else was great. Will be staying here again when planning future visits.”
