“House not as advertised. Def NOT worth the price! It has a couple nice upgrades but then is also neglected and not maintained. Both the dishwasher & washing machine were broken. We found obviously dirty glasses & dishes in the cupboards. Each bed only had a sheet & thin quilt. Extra blankets in closets were in piles on the floor and looked as if they had been used for dogs. Master bed covered in gross stains and no mattress cover. Heated bathroom floor worked upstairs but not working downstairs. Dog hair in area rugs. Extremely uncomfortable furniture. Overall, the house has potential but the company that owns it clearly has no concern for the quality of the houses they rent.”
