“The place was very spacious and had enough rooms for our family place and rooms were a little dusty and had a older smell to it then the more modern homes but the kitchen was easy to use and had lots of utensils and cookware the ride to the lake is less than 5 min drive and had a code to access and dock and the beach which was so convenient and easy the place had beach chairs and umbrellas”

“Nice space, lots of natural light and windows. Appreciated porches and balcony. Friendly neighbors. Fairly steep staircase to upstairs. Comfortable beds.”

“Beautiful area but property needs maintenance; no screens on windows and only one filthy fan and one broken fan,dirty carpet, messy and unmarked cupboards , no broom or cleaning supplies, cigarette butts everywhere outside, no house manual with instructions about garbage pickup or what to do when trash is full This could be a much nicer home with a deep cleaning and concerns above addressed. Avari was okay in responding By providing fans, but one didn’t work and the other would not stay stable on floor when turned on.”

“It’s was a great for friends to get together and had great memories. It felt easy and the instructions were easy to follow for the bear trap. I would recommend to friends and family.”
