“It was so nice to wake up in the morning with a cup a coffee looking out at the lake that was probably 50 feet from the front door. The room was very comfortable and the decor was charming. Prior to my visit I had some questions, in particular of the fire near Reno. My query was answered within minutes. The furnishings and decor was appropriate for the area. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Overall it would be a place I will be happy to stay at next visit.”

“Fantastic house for our combined family trip. There were multiple master bedrooms including one on the main floor as the kitchen and entrance which was helpful with elderly parents in the group. Everything clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for 8 at the table. 10 minute drive to the beach although the local beach was rocks, not sand, not ideal for young children. The HOA space was great with a playground and piers you can jump off of (but had the rocky beach). Would stay again for sure.”

“Beautiful property with a Tahoe charming house. Great size home, large kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Peaceful front porch. We loved the location as it was close to both Kings Beach area and Tahoe City. We had a great stay and will be back!”
