Russian River Vacation Homes reviews in Guerneville, California

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and ended up disrupting our trip. Shortly after arriving at the property, I began experiencing a significant allergic reaction to cat dander. I was unable to comfortably remain in the environment, and we ultimately had to leave and find alternative accommodations which cost us more money out of pocket. We also had concerns about the carpet’s condition, including visible debris and what appeared to be pet hair, as well as storage area for a previous cat litter box. Given my severe allergy, this made the experience particularly concerning. We contacted the host to explain the situation and request a refund for the unused portion of our reservation. Although we did receive a partial refund, it did not adequately make up for the disruption and inconvenience of having to leave our accommodations unexpectedly. Overall, this was not the experience we had hoped for, and it unfortunately took away from our time away.”

“Nice place. Backyard had nails/construction debris , so beware to those who bring dogs. My wife stepped on a nail. I communicated with the host, but they just acknowledged and moved on.”
