“Such a beautiful home. Surrounded by the redwoods -secluded, peaceful and quiet. The kids had a blast in the creek that ran behind the house and we were able to drive 10 mins up the road to find a fun river spot to swim not to mention the beaches 20 mins from the home. The house was clean and perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy. Would definitely recommend anyone looking at this home! The hot tub was another great feature!”airbnb

“Came for the Sonoma Fall Classic Marathon and was so glad to stay here! The space was ultra clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing— big and clean. Felt sooo nice after the race. We had a group of 4 (2 runners) and so the downstairs suite plus the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our group. A fantastic place at a great price!”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay at Glen Tara. The setting is peaceful and private, and the creek and surrounding woods make it feel like a true escape. The remodeled kitchen is thoughtfully designed and made a real difference, and the new hot tub is fantastic. The cabin has a warm, welcoming feel, and we especially appreciated being able to bring our dog. It's the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Cazadero. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays, and we can't wait to come back!”airbnb

“Perfect place to hang with the family! It was secluded, quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could think of! It was nice to mix in some homemade meals while also enjoying the local spots. While we didn’t use the outdoor space, it was nice to have for our dog to run around. I love the location and how central it is to the nearby towns. Would definitely stay here again.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and ended up disrupting our trip. Shortly after arriving at the property, I began experiencing a significant allergic reaction to cat dander. I was unable to comfortably remain in the environment, and we ultimately had to leave and find alternative accommodations which cost us more money out of pocket. We also had concerns about the carpet’s condition, including visible debris and what appeared to be pet hair, as well as storage area for a previous cat litter box. Given my severe allergy, this made the experience particularly concerning. We contacted the host to explain the situation and request a refund for the unused portion of our reservation. Although we did receive a partial refund, it did not adequately make up for the disruption and inconvenience of having to leave our accommodations unexpectedly. Overall, this was not the experience we had hoped for, and it unfortunately took away from our time away.”airbnb

“Nice place. Backyard had nails/construction debris , so beware to those who bring dogs. My wife stepped on a nail. I communicated with the host, but they just acknowledged and moved on.”airbnb

“Lovely stay. Back deck with sun in afternoon grand. Even took a swim from the dock. As past main summer season water a bit cold but still a treat.”airbnb

“Nicely remodeled and comfortable house in a beautiful redwood setting. You can tell the owner put real time and care into making this place nice, and the hot tub was a plus. It just needs a few small things to match, mostly on the communication side. At nearly $400 a night, the messaging is heavy and contradictory. The house manual says trash day is Monday; the automated message the night before checkout said Tuesday. The pre-arrival message told us to bring spa towels, but hot tub towels were provided. No coffee provided, despite a coffee maker and filters on the counter. Being told to bring your own toilet paper in case the "starter supply" runs out, plus a checkout chore list, feels off at this price. The point of paying more for a place is to have less to worry about, not more. Clear and concise messaging would go a long way. Would stay again for the house itself. Just bring your own coffee, and expect a lot of texts.”airbnb

“I do not recommend renting this home. The road to the home is very treacherous only one car can fit and it's off of a cliff. The worst part was the overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. Half of the windows didn't have screens so we couldn't even air out the home. We ended up leaving a day early because of the smell, we reached out to the host to refund the last night and they said it was the "natural smell of the forest". We have rented many homes in the Guerneville area and non have smelled of mold and mildew. Also the carpets and rugs desperately need to be replaced, they literally crunched under our feet.”airbnb
