“Casado gave me issues with the check in tile for our stay, I confirmed with their team that my check in time could be 12:00pm instead of 4:00pm. I stayed here for a wedding in San Luis Obispo and we needed to start getting ready earlier. The day before our booking Casago send me the check in details and showed our check in time was 4:00pm. I called them to discuss the error and make sure 12:00pm would be okay, the representative told me it would be an extra $247 fee if we wanted to check in at 12:00pm. This was very unfortunate as it felt like Casago was trying to nickel and dime us for fees, especially when they already agreed to the 12:00pm check in time. I most likely will not be booking with them ever again.”

“My experience with Casago was extremely disappointing. The rental they managed at 320 Ramona Ave in Grover Beach was unsafe and uninhabitable due to a severe ant infestation throughout the kitchen, hallway, and bedroom. Important details such as lack of air conditioning and an expired short‑term rental permit were not disclosed. I had to vacate the property immediately and secure emergency lodging at my own expense. Despite multiple violations and documented issues, Casago did not provide a written resolution or compensation. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.”

“It was a great Airbnb. Location was wonderful and there was a lot of stuff they provided that helped so much! It was very walkable and down the street from a coffee shop a park and the beach, of course was close! I wish I had known that. It was actually more of a townhouse so the living room and the kitchen was upstairs. I wasn’t aware of that so maybe advertising it as a townhome would be a little better. The only thing I preferred was that possibly the parking situation was better and not so close to the neighbors. But overall, it was a great day and we definitely stay again!”
