“We had a very nice stay at Daniels place. It is centrally located for the LA area, close to all the Airports and Tourist destinations The residence is roomy, comfortable and set up nicely.”

“Very cozy place I will be back later next week just have to go home and take care of some things. Overall good cozy place.”

“If you are looking for basic lodging this is your place! The beds were comfortable. There were bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. I was disappointed with this Airbnb. The description said it had air conditioning . . . and yet there was no air-conditioning in the living room. I called the host to let him know the air con was not working and he said he would let someone know . . . it never got taken care of. I set up fans to blow air from the bedroom into the living space. The back shower did not have hot or even warm water. There was a sign that said to leave the water running for 10 minutes . . . well it was still cold. I shared the other shower which was uncomfortable as it was my daughter and her spouse's space. This is a 6 person Airbnb and the kitchen was under stocked with water glasses. There were two. Yes, if you like coffee there was a creamer and that yellow sweeter. No sugar in sight. I wish the host would have put more thought in to this Airbnb.”

“The place was nice, but the smell given the location was not pleasant at all. Once your indoors it's fine. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I stayed with my family and it was fine if you were only there to sleep and spend a little time inside. The cleanliness needs to be improved. The trash bins were full of other peoples garbage and it was not pleasant.”

“We stayed in Daniel’s house for our Disney trip. The place does look like the pictures. Considering we were gone most of the day it wasn’t a bad place to stay. While the bed and bathroom felt fairly clean, the walls and the blue couch were definitely not. The couch had visible stains and the walls could definitely use a good cleaning. Unfortunately in the master bedroom the blinds were missing one of the vertical blind slats, allowing sunlight to come through as well as the living room blinds were missing multiple slats. Again not a bad stay if needing just a place to sleep.”
