This was a really cozy spot, about 25 min drive from Healdsburg. It was a great place for us to hang out with friends and enjoy a nice weekend! The home was clean and had lots of space for spending time together: cooking, playing games, and lounging. The location is pretty close to Healdsburg for restaurants and shops, and there’s also many wineries in the area.

Beautiful place by the river. The kitchen is rustic but well equipped, the beds clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids toys and books (although, parents of kids who can read, beware: someone had written very inappropriate comments on all the Jenga blocks!) We would definitely come back.

Our stay was brief but cozy respite from suburbia. The home is at the top of a small hill winding through creek valley. We loved the interior decor, the living room was comfy and the natural light from the kitchen was wonderful. Spent some time out on the back deck as well just taking in the sounds and canopy. At night we used the record player extensively; the selection was impressively varied (we appreciated the analog nature of it frankly). Just what the doctor ordered - we would definitely stay there again!

This place was amazing. It’s not right next to the river, and the neighbors are fairly close, but it’s set in the forest and feels truly wonderful. The house was super clean, and the whole space felt cozy and inviting. Other guests had mentioned the stairs, but I didn’t find them to be a problem—they felt sturdy and safe. I loved that I could bring my dogs, and that the entire yard was fenced in. The deck is also great. I accidentally left my laptop behind, and they made it incredibly easy to get it back. I really appreciated that. I was initially concerned about dealing with a large management company instead of an individual host, but their systems were actually very efficient.

Before booking make sure that you do NOT need wifi or the tv. The mobile hotspot does not work and even if it did it wouldn't be unlimited GB. Also there is no cell service by the home for AT&T(verizon and straight talk seem to have worked okay). The road that the home is off of is a 2 lane road that people drive at least 45 down but they definitely speed so watch for the blind spot leaving the driveway. Now the house, very clean but beware of spiders I saw 3 in the bathroom alone. The couch had leaves and stuff under the cushion but no one slept there. The back balcony seems like its been left without being attended to for quite some time. The additional space is outside downstairs next to the garage. Very basic walk in shower with open space queen bed room. Overall the house was an okay stay. If you want to not be connected to the world it's perfect for you maybe a much needed break for some of us but listing the wifi and TV as amenities when neither work does not sit right with me.
