“The home itself was beautiful, but several aspects did not match the listing. The fenced yard was extremely small and not suitable for a dog, despite being advertised as a closed, fenced yard. The patio shown in the listing was cluttered with items, and the chairs were deteriorating and did not appear suitable to sit in. The advertised jacuzzi and porch swing were also not there but shown in pictures. When we arrived, there were approximately 100 large black carpenter ants throughout the home. They made it difficult to relax, and even bit my dog. I was uncomfortable taking my shoes off during the stay because of the ants. The listing also did not clearly show the three flights of steep, narrow stairs required to access the bedrooms, which was especially difficult for my pregnancy Overall, the home was beautiful, but I was disappointed by the difference between the listing and what was actually provided. I enjoyed parts of the stay, but unfortunately I would not stay here again.”

“Our entire family agreed that this was among our top vacation experiences. The home was spectacular, luxurious and well-equipped -- exceeding our expectations. The large number of floor to ceiling windows opening up to the lake view was captivating. There was so much to do, even without leaving. The location was serene and the views gorgeous. It was the perfect setting for our family to disconnect from the day-to-day busyness and to connect with each other.”

“very comfortable home, beautiful view of the lake. beds very comfortable, very close to great restaurants, plenty of entertainment for teens and kids near by. Home had plenty of pots and pans for home cooking. will definitely return !”
