It’s a nice house my family and I had a great time but I don’t think it’s worth the price the house has a beautiful view of the lake but that’s it the beds are not comfortable no dining table by the kitchen also there was a big flow of water in the living room the need to fix that right away.

After staying at this house, I appreciate the view and the overall vibe, however, we were 8 adults and the house was listed for 8 people but only fits about 4 adults and maybe a few children. I noticed in other reviews, people complained about the mattresses and saw that they do need to be replaced. We all had a hard time sleeping and were very uncomfortable. One of the bathrooms also had a dysfunctional lock. We did talk with Big Bear Vacations about these issues and they promised to come over and check it all out but they never showed up. The pictures of the listing didn't even match how the house really is. This house needs a lot of maintenance and some of the furniture renewed.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was a bit challenging to find, but that’s just because of the nature of small, mountain roads. There were many, many light switches and dimmer slides, but they were all very clearly labeled and it was easy to figure it out. The pictures absolutely did it justice: very comfortable furniture and the views were exactly what I’d hoped for. The biggest problem was that all of the doors were set to automatically lock on the outside - regardless of being unlocked on the inside. We ended up getting locked out (we left the key inside while we went to sit in the hot tub). Once we were able to call their 24/7 help number, they sent someone out pretty quickly who opened things for us. Apparently there was a switch on the door that we never would have seen or known about.
