“I really enjoyed my stay. I rented the cabin for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with my parents, sibling, and cousin, and we had a great time overall. The only downside was an issue with a neighbor who complained that my family and I were being loud throughout the day. We were a little surprised by the complaint since there were only five adults in our group, we mostly kept to ourselves, and we were never rowdy. A park ranger came to the cabin to let us know that the neighbor had called in a noise complaint. We were always respectful of the quiet hours and made sure to keep our noise to a reasonable level during the daytime as well. Other than what seemed to be an exaggerated complaint from the neighbor, our experience was very positive. The cabin was a great place to spend time with family and celebrate my birthday, and we really enjoyed our weekend in Big Bear. I would recommend the stay, but I do think future guests should be aware of that very particular neighbor.”
