“As we pulled up we were super impressed with the incredible view this house has. After about 30 mins of being inside and exploring the space, we discovered ants crawling on our legs as we sat down in the main living space. We then found a quesadilla that was under the couch from a previous guest and attracted a huge amount of small ants that was over the entire main living space. After a plane ride, an hour long ride to the house, all we wanted was to enjoy the house. Instead we were cleaning up a huge pile of ants as they continued coming in. It really effected our first night of vacation. It also felt unclean after this knowing there was food left under furniture from a previous guest and made us wary of the cleanliness of the rest of the house. But, truthfully the rest of the house besides a few things were well-maintained. Other issues were hot tub having low water level and faulty jets, low water pressure in shower. Overall good house but these ants definitely affected our trip.”
