“The bed are very comfortable. The fairly large capacity washer and dryer met our needs.”

“BEWARE: pictures do not match the conditions at the property. Trash left in the yard, bathroom had mildew in the shower. Deck has boards sticking up, unattached. Very Dangerous. There was an OLD avocado left in the pantry. There was alcohol left in the cabinet that was unsecured. The home has mildew in multiple locations outside. I do not recommend staying here. I am requesting a refund, but doubt they will do anything.”

“The house was as advertised. The house is older and did smell a little like mildew. But overall good location and spacious house.”

“Clean, easy entry with lockbox, plumbing seemed very loud but worked adequately. Curtains on bedroom windows in addition to blinds would be helpful in am to keep out the light. Certainly was good for our stay.”

“This place was so cool! The pictures do not do it justice! The apartment above a movie theater is definitely a jump back in time. If you are into historical places, stay here. If you are not, stay here because even though it is historical it is still quite cozy and done up very well. Plenty of space with three bedrooms, there are two living room areas, and two bathrooms, plus a sun room, and rooftop deck. The decor and architecture is a sight to see, and just a fun place to stay, noticing different art deco touches throughout the place. We had a great time here, and my teen thought it was super cool! Also, lots to explore around the area. Great location for exploring town and beach, not far from redwoods!”
