“This place is truly a piece of heaven. You feel surrounded by nature, and it feels very private. We didn’t see anyone around during our stay, although there are other houses nearby. Based on the pictures, I had imagined the surroundings to be a little different before staying there. Check-in and check-out times are not flexible at all, and they charge an additional $100–$200 for flexibility. Unfortunately, we found a dead mouse in the pool. I contacted them immediately, and they sent someone that afternoon. The person basically just removed the mouse and didn’t do anything else—there was no water check or disinfection. I contacted them a second time, and after waiting, someone came back and properly took care of it. The place itself is clean, beautiful, and still a very nice place to stay. Despite these issues, I would still recommend it. I just think they should provide more pictures of the surrounding area so guests have a clearer idea that there are several houses nearby.
