“Perfect little beach bungalow with views of the ocean, walkable to beach, surf, and the main strip of shops and restaurants in downtown Encinitas. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, BBQ, hot tub, and even some beach towels and chairs for guests. It's perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay with friends or family.”

“The house is incredibly charming and sweet. The window situation however is an issue. While they're beautiful and antique, there was no communication on how to properly ventilate the home without screens. No information on the screens on the front and back of the home which are there but I had to discover by myself. The bedrooms get very stuffy and warm by the end of day and there are no screens on the windows or AC so if you open the windows bugs fly in. The fans provided were dirty and loud but the host did replace them by the end of the first day. However, an open window in both windows with a screen would have been highly preferred, the same with ventilation in the bathroom. Additionally, they provide a really nice coffee maker and grinder- with NO filters which the coffee maker provides. I live in the area and was not interested buying filters I'd never use again for a 3 day stay, but I did have to go to work every day and needed coffee so I brought my own french press.”

“Place was beautiful. Had everything we needed. The ocean breezes were nice with the windows open. Front view with the door open is better than the pictures. Was nice having games there too! Beach and businesses were very walkable. Quiet neighborhood. Great space. Just what we needed for a reset.”
