“Loved our stay here! There are a lot of steps and I’m glad this is mentioned in the listing. This was not challenging for us but could be a problem for some. The ocean access was more difficult only because there is construction at the steps that are closest in proximity to the condo but ultimately we found our way around and loved the views. Parking was perfect and felt very secure. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen had all the things we needed. Would have loved central air. The air units in the space were effective but very loud. However all things considered the space was great and would stay again.”

“Perfect location for a family get together; The house was roomy, comfortable, had multiple locations for hanging out, multiple bathrooms and privacy all for our large group. There is no need to plan anything once you arrive. Enjoy the patio overlooking the ocean, take a short walk to fun shops/restaurants/brewery/ice cream, or take the short walk to the beach. Beach Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys are provided. The kitchen is well appointed to include spices, good knives, cooking oil, Tupperware, and three starter rolls of paper towels. There are plenty of beach and bath towels & TP for a 4 night stay. Plenty of blow dryers, shampoo/conditioner. There are three areas: wine/liquor counter & fridge, coffee/hot drinks counter and general cooking area. Plenty of indoor dining seating if weather is not good for grilling and eating on the patio. The house does get extremely hot with the afternoon sun but the beach is always a good retreat. Sunsets are spectacular!”

“We had a wonderful stay overall, and the property itself and location is great. However, due to the hot weather, the lack of AC was a major inconvenience. It got very hot inside, making it really difficult to sleep at night.”

“The place is great. The hot tub and outdoor shower are amazing. The location is perfect, and the house has a lot of great additions such as chargers and games. The only issue is we came on a fairly hot couple of days, and the fans provided were not enough to keep us cool. A couple guests even decided to sleep outside at night because it was more comfortable. If you come during cooler weather the place is awesome. But for the really hot season, some better fans would have really saved the day. :)”

“Would not recommend this stay, especially if traveling with kids. The photos and descriptions were inaccurate, and the communication from the management company was poor at best. The small bedroom had no AC and we had to ask 6 times for a fan (called, messaged etc.) and it took them 3 days to bring us one (and the responses on the messages were generic AI). The WiFi was so slow my husband considered moving to a coffee shop to work. We also couldn’t watch tv because of the WiFi. The photo of the upper deck with the view was one of the main reasons we booked and were informed at check in that the deck was unavailable to guests during the week. The washer dryer is outside and worked fine but smelled like mildew. Location was the only redeeming factor.”

“Disappointed! A/C is non-functional. Despite reaching out to the host early on during our stay, they did nothing to help resolve the issue. Property was run down in general with broken/difficult to open sliding glass door which was access to the beach. There’s a rusty chain-link fence around the beach perimeter with a rusted gate falling off the hinges. Looking at previous customer reviews, they also noted a nonfunctional A/C and broken door. The host clearly was disinterested in making the property more livable. View from main living room space was nice, but only one small window to open for fresh air. Without A/C we needed to position multiple fans around living space AND close all the curtains in the main living space (from mid-morning until sunset) to keep the temperature in the low to mid 80s. So the ‘beautiful view’ was obscured during most of the daylight hours to keep the temperature balmy at best in the midafternoon. Memorable family vacation for the wrong reason!”

“Views are are as seen in the photos. Great location, steps to the beach, beautiful views & close enough to town. Negatives are the condition of the property, deferred maintenance throughout. The sliding door to the stairs was barely operable, thick dust covered air return, floors weren't clean when we arrived & even the crisper drawer in fridge was completely cracked/broken. AC must have been controlled remotely - it was 80 degrees inside though we had set at 75. Were told by a neighbor there is a remodel planned so owners must have figured "why bother" with maintenance. Worth the $$ for the views but not for the condition of the property.”

“The house is incredibly charming and sweet. The window situation however is an issue. While they're beautiful and antique, there was no communication on how to properly ventilate the home without screens. No information on the screens on the front and back of the home which are there but I had to discover by myself. The bedrooms get very stuffy and warm by the end of day and there are no screens on the windows or AC so if you open the windows bugs fly in. The fans provided were dirty and loud but the host did replace them by the end of the first day. However, an open window in both windows with a screen would have been highly preferred, the same with ventilation in the bathroom. Additionally, they provide a really nice coffee maker and grinder- with NO filters which the coffee maker provides. I live in the area and was not interested buying filters I'd never use again for a 3 day stay, but I did have to go to work every day and needed coffee so I brought my own french press.”

“The house is in an amazing location! A thing to note is that in the description, the house is described as "Newly constructed," which isn't accurate. It's clearly an older home and seems to be someone's prime home when not on Airbnb. The home was fine but for the price I expected more.”

“The house describes over 4 bedrooms but on the second floor there is only the primary and a small bedroom. Other rooms are in apartments that you have to access outside of the house or through the garage which is not ideal for kids and were so dingy it wouldn't be ideal for adults at all. I made it clear to the host we would love to put down our bags early after a long day of travel but instead they actually were unresponsive for over 1.5 hours past check in time leaving us stranded in a car. The wifi is shaky at best. There is no real AC on the second floor so their maintenance suggested we run the AC on the 1st floor very high and open all of the windows on the second floor which made sleeping challenging in addition to my kids having to share a bed. For the $ we spent it is a very misleading situation!!!!”
