“Location! Location! This condo is right on Moonlight beach with private steps to a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. The views are amazing. You can also easily walk into Encinitas and Leucadia - both having wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Finally, you are very close to Interstate 5 for getting to other locations in San Diego. The apartment is extremely spacious - 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. A large kitchen and living space as well. Also, two balconies that look directly at the ocean. Michael was very responsive throughout our one month stay. He also helped me locate and then ship a piece of jewelry I accidentally left behind. We would love to return!”

“This apartment was exactly as described. The location is fantastic, just one block away from Moonlight Beach. We found the apartment to be spacious and airy if not a little dated. However we were very happy to be there for a month. If there was one thing that we wished we had, it was more bowls, cutlery, and general utensils for entertaining as we have family nearby. We also wish we had a way to order for delivery services, as carrying groceries up the stairs was difficult. However, the apartment did not have a mailbox for us to use. The management company did a fantastic job of responding to each and every one of our requests. We appreciate it that the apartment had plenty of towels and sheets, and a great washer and dryer. Thank you for bringing a new gas grill which we used immediately. Overall, a great experience.”
