“Itrip San Diego proactively and quickly communicated regarding the rental. They were very thorough with check-in and check-out instructions, and responded immediately to our inquiries. The space was absolutely PERFECT! The location was close to the beach yet and a short walk to Moonlight beach yet on a quiet street. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer period! Thank you!”

“This place is a no-brainer. We will be back for sure. Couple blocks from the Encinitas commercial district, couple blocks from the beach. Really cozy home, lovely front yard. Excellent solution for a family - we were two adults and two young kids. Great communication from the Hosts. No complaints whatsoever!”

“Great location for walking to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. Yard space was perfect for gear and our dogs. We would have appreciated a better bed for our extended stay and a few basic upgrades but overall would recommend.”

“Location can’t be beat being walking distance to town, shops, and the beach. Lovely peaceful turf yard area. Friendly staff. However, there were a few pain points keeping it from being a 5-star experience. Cleanliness; stained rug and hair in the bathroom, dusty living room / bedroom, and while we really appreciate it being dog-friendly the rug chosen wasn’t the best choice as it had lots of dog hair collected and needs to be professionally cleaned at minimum. Also outside trash was never collected during our one-month stay which naturally collected flies. Additional basic supplies were missing and were provided once requested. Electrical and power issues that took 48 hours to resolve. An extremely sensitive fire alarm that went off anytime we cooked. We were not notified of some outdoor maintenance. Personal preference but the bed was much too soft. Regardless of these drawbacks, we generally enjoyed our stay.”
