“Everything was great! The only issue was there wasn't AC, but they did provide us fans and do everything they could to help us out.”

“The location is not as described. The house is described as being 'just steps from Encinitas beach'. It is definitely not. It is about a mile walk to the beach access steps and there are 100 of them to negotiate before reaching the beach! It is described as being 'the perfect place to relax and unwind' and 'a calm retreat' but there is a train line behind the house which is very noisy as trains run throughout the day and night. On arrival, there were no written instructions or recommendations, only a QR code which didn't work and said 'QR Code inactive, contact the administrator'. We advised Funtierland but nothing was done. There were two showers in the house but for the first night and day only one of them worked; it was thermostatically temperamental resulting in us having to queue to shower in order to maintain the temperature. In the end, my husband (a chartered engineer) was able to get the other shower to work, much to Funtierland's relief.”

“We really enjoyed this beautiful home. It gave our family plenty of space to be together but also room for a “ me time”. We love Encinitas, it’s a great beach town with lots of fun restaurants and great beaches. We did three in three days.”

“Great location and the perfect place for a family or group of friends. The garage had plenty of beach gear and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. We walked to Stones Step beach and it’s an easy drive to Moonlight and all of Encinitas shops and restaurants.”
