“What a beautiful venue! The place was as pictured and described. The view is breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the linens are good quality. The kitchen could use some attention as some of the drawers need new hardware and are tricky to open. Inside some of the drawers need to be thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. The shower in the upstairs primary bedroom does not get hot water. The expense for an early checkin or late checkout is steep. Other than those few details, the place is wonderful and perfect for a large family celebration.”

“This house truly exceeded all expectations. The open, spacious floor plan was perfect for our family get together. The location was absolutely amazing; you could not get any closer to the Beacon's beach access point and other shops/food/bars in Leucadia. The breathtaking 360 degree view was a jaw dropping, all our guests were truly mesmerized. Best airbnb I've ever stayed in. 10/10 all around!!!”

“Gorgeous home! Beautiful view from both balconies. Peaceful quiet street. You can hear the train from the front bedroom, it we got used to it. Safe, walkable neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and public cliffside beach. Working appliances including washer, dryer. Clean linen, beds, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. Needs deep clean of upholstered furniture, outdoor entry and courtyard. House had an extremely bad musty smell that made it feel dirty, but surfaces were pristine, so I’m not sure where the smell came from. Door locks on balcony do not work, which was unsettling. Parking felt safe. Could hear neighbors from kitchen when they arrived in adjoining unit, but noise didn’t impact bedrooms. Was a little awkward to use balcony when neighbors were in lower yard, because it looks directly into the lower seating area. Overall we loved the house, and would come back again just for the views and feel of the neighborhood and surrounding area.”

“The views this place provided was absolutely stunning ! Rented this beautiful condo for my mom’s 87th bday, and had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and bath and beach towels were wrapped and provided by the management company. We hardly left the house all weekend! The kitchen came well stocked with pots/pans/ cookie sheet/oven proof dishes// bowls/dishes/cups/wine glasses/ kitchen towels/measuring cup. Naming these items for all those of you who wants to cook at the house :) we had to go out and buy some Saran Wrap/aluminum foil/ zip lock bags, - easy peasey as there are markets driving distance. The site doesn’t show you the bathrooms, but there are 3 full BA ; master shower is the European box shower/ standing room only, literally. The shower doors were a little wonky but worked. To get down to the beach, just walk south and there are stairs /path to get to the sand. This was a memorable weekend our family won’t forget!”
