“We had a wonderful stay—the house was spacious, comfortable, and easy to access, with five bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone. Everything was made easy for us and the location was great too.”

“Convenient location and a great price, but a few issues held it back from 5 stars. The house worked well for our stay and the value was hard to beat. That said, a few things fell short. The listing showed a game room with an air hockey table (or something like that), but the room was completely empty when we arrived. Check-in was set for 5 PM, but the cleaning crew was still working until around 6:20 PM, so after a full day of travel we were left waiting outside instead of settling in. On top of that, the cleaners left the refrigerator door open while cleaning, which caused it to warm up completely — we'd already bought perishable groceries and had to scramble for a cooler and ice to save them, losing time we'd rather have spent with family. Several things around the house also felt worn down or in need of repair. Overall a good value stay, but the advertising gap and day-one hiccups knocked it down a star for us.”
