“This was a beautiful and spacious home. All amenities listed were available. Its located up on a hill at a cul de sac, so very peaceful.”

“This house itself is beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the layout and it has a potential of being a great rental. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance did not match the price we paid (nearly $2,700 for a 3-night stay). The outdoor living areas were covered in spider webs including the pergola, patio furniture, and umbrella, COVERED! We also encountered several large spiders inside the home as well. In addition, the master shower window was covered in webs also. I did contact the host, who was responsive and said they would send someone out once I sent pictures...pictures were sent and I was pretty much offered to end my stay earlier than my checkout date, for the price of this property we expected the home and amenities to be in much better condition upon arrival. Overall, the location and the home itself are wonderful, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made the experience disappointing and has turned me away from ever booking with AirBnB again”

“BEWARE! NOT GOOD! I have traveled with Airbnb for multiple years. This is experience was terrible. First, booked the Airbnb a month in advance and the AC was broken on arrival. Host made us wait with technician and open doors for them. Took half the day. Property covered in spider webs, both inside and out. My daughter got bit multiple times. Pool and in ground hot tub controls not working, controls were locked and we were refused help. Above ground hot tub had mold on it and was extremely dirty. Multiple broken objects including lights and couches. Finally host offered late check out for an extra charge. I paid for late check out to leave at 4 pm. Messaged multiple times if this was fine and received confirmation it was. Suddenly host started claiming card was declined, but I had screen shots. They then insisted because they had guest the next day I couldn't stay late regardless. We asked if they could give us an extra hour. No we had 30 minutes to leave the house at 11am, not 4 pm.”
