Sanctuary Vacation Rentals reviews in Del Monte Forest, California

“We stayed a month at 1088 Oasis and had a wonderful time. The weather was wonderful along with lots of things to do. The home itself is very nice and at times we had up to 8 people staying and we were all very comfortable. The backyard is the best part of the property and we utilized it regularly. It has a nice fire pit, bbq and outdoor furniture that are great to for relaxing and visiting. Initially we had a few glitches with the ice maker, fire pit and light issue but Sanctuary sent someone out each time to repair. We made some great memories and thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“Beautiful property, Welcoming host, Left us complimentary crackers, and delightful cheese and wine!”

“Very unique house so fun for those looking for something a little different. Truly floor to ceiling views of the woods. Also, the lighting on the back deck is literally perfect for photos. Our 4 year old loved the swing on the back patio, so that was an added bonus. As advertised, kitchen is very well stocked with any appliance you could want. As other reviews alluded to, this is not the most updated property as the pictures allude to. Upstairs carpet is very worn, bathrooms are fine just not highly functional, back deck is very worn, and due to the windows, it gets REALLY hot upstairs during day regardless of thermostat. So although the home is really cool and different, you're paying top dollar for the location and uniqueness. I would not call it "luxury" property, but certainly functional, clean and well located.”

“Everything is perfect!”

“Great place. Very convenient, clean, easy! Be sure to use the fireplace in the back and make s’mores!”
