“What an amazing place to stay. Met friends for a yearly vacation and both children and adults had a wonderful time. Safe for the kids and relaxing for the adults. The neighborhood was peaceful and private and close to both Monterey Bay and Carmel. The host was very nice, understanding, and responsive when I reached out with questions. The house was beautiful and cozy. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this area. Thank you for such a memorable stay!”

“Great service, unbelievable location stunning house with the best service that I’ve Ever had the chance to deal with. We had some issues with noise that came from Neighbor’s construction project that surprised us early in the morning, The Host responded immediately checked ,apologized and compensated us fairly We definitely know that they did not know about it.. They even came to replace our propane tank, including installations”

“Great location and very cute home! The only issue we had was when we requested to check in early (normal check in is at 4pm), no one ever got back to us which was frustrating when we were trying to plan our first day (we only received an automated message telling us someone would respond if we could, which we would have rather just spoken to someone directly). Other than that, it is a great place to stay to enjoy being in the heart of restaurants and shopping.”

“My family and I had a nice weekend stay. It was comfortable, clean and private. We loved the gated yard, it was very secure for our kids to run around and play in. My only feedback is we wish they followed up on repairing the dishwasher. We were notified one hour before check in that the dishwasher is not working, with a plan for them to repair the next day. Unfortunately, they never followed up or came by to repair it.”

“The house has a nice layout and a lot of character. The host provided the basic essentials, and the backyard was also a pleasant feature, especially for families. However, there were several issues during our stay. Since the house is older, there was a strong smell when we first entered, which didn’t feel ideal for a family traveling with a child. We also experienced multiple problems with the bathrooms. The smaller bathroom clogged on the first use, and the second bathroom had leaks from both the sink and the shower area. Although someone came to address the issues, only the clogged toilet was fixed, and the leaking problem remained unresolved. As a result, we were only able to take one shower during our stay. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get good rest. Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, especially considering the premium price.”
