“Worst Experience ever! We had a reservation for 4 days & 3 nights. Got there on Wednesday & found we had no running hot water to bathe or do dishes. When I contacted someone about it they tried to imply it was my own stupidity and that I don’t know how basic plumbing works but they eventually agreed to send someone out. They never showed. I called again… Day 2: They again insulted my intelligence & eventually said they would send someone to check it. Again, No one showed! Finally on day 3 my angry message about the lack of response & the fact I had to boil water on the stove for a bath like a pioneer woman, got a response & then they came to look. Result: The hot water tank is too small for the unit and isn’t working properly. When turned to the Very Hot setting it was still barely warm enough to shower. Their pitiful $100 compensation for the inconvenience, when we paid over $1,000 for the stay, was like a slap in the face & almost as insulting as the multiple condescending responses.”
