“Good place to rest after a long adventure.”

“Overall great stay, affordable, good places to eat close by but they close at 7pm so keep that in mind. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice but I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. Cute little town. Many of the attractions that are “right at your doorstep” are 30+ minutes away. One of the hot springs listed is permanently closed. Travertine hot springs was a nice stop. Overall I would stay here again. Newly remodeled with what appeared to be a quick flip type of remodel. Every fixture had paint on it and overall poor paint job. The shower door appeared to be missing a trim piece. Something was stuck in the sink drain. Toilet looked like it had a dust pain emptied into it. Shoe prints on the bathroom floor.”

“This is a great example of revitalizing once busy roadside motels that were passed up for metropolitan chain hotels. The space is small and the kitchenette is surprisingly well stocked for its size. The bed is comfortable; the bathroom is clean and modern and the decor pleasant. Although we expected to hear road noise, we didn't and got a good night's rest. There are still a few growing pains associated with bringing a mid-20th facility up to 21st century standards, such as getting the split unit A/C and the bathroom floor heat functional. That said, we would very likely stay here again when in the area.”

“A clean, safe, easy to access roadside motel was what I was seeking and what was delivered. I couldn’t have asked for more. I won’t hesitate to return.”

“Cool older but partially updated motel. Good location although on busy hwy 395. Bed was ok, bathroom needs better update. Electrical update necessary. We woke up to no power-couldn’t shower and no water. Likely an area wide problem but inconvenient.”
