This was a great house for our family gathering. Had most of the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. I’m glad the kitchen and living room area was large enough for our group to congregate. Kitchen was stocked with many different appliances like blender, toaster oven, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We paid $2,500 for a two-night stay, and the main reason we booked this property was the private pool. When we arrived, the pool was dirty and the pump wasn’t running, making it unusable for all of Friday and half of Saturday. With temperatures around 110°F, losing access to the property’s main amenity for nearly half of our stay significantly impacted our trip. To make matters worse, one of the upstairs showers developed a plumbing leak that caused water to drip into the floor below. A plumber had to come out during our stay, the shower became unusable, and part of our vacation was spent dealing with the repair. While the host’s team was responsive and sent people out to address the issues, these problems should have been prevented before guests arrived. We requested a partial refund that reflected the loss of amenities and disruption to our stay, but the host only offered $227, which we did not feel was a fair resolution give
