“This duplex is right by the beach and weighing walking distance to great restaurants and a coffee shop as well as the beach. It was a great size for our family of four.”

“We stayed 4 nights, and enjoyed beautiful views along with an easy access to the beach. The beach house is in a great area, to easily drive to sites on the Monterey peninsula, Santa Cruz and various other sites. The home itself is beautiful with modern updates to kitchen and bathrooms. Our only complaint was sofa and mattresses were well worn. Hope to use this home again if furnishings are replaced.”

“Could be so beautiful. Great location to beach! Convenient market next door! Stains on couches and they stunk! Needs some TLC overall!! The place itself is awesome—just updated sheets/blankets/ to make it nicer!!New couches desperately needed. Little things like a hairdryer and fans would be so nice!!”

“This is a lovely single level house in an almost private setting though a block (walking) from the beach. Parking is on site with additional spaces close by. The floor plan is well laid out with two “bedroom suites”, one featuring two bedrooms, and the place was clean albeit somewhat worn. The kitchen is ample and well outfitted. The backyard, complete with fire pit and grill, was a plus. We are considering this place for our annual winter stay in the area.”

“The moment we opened the door you we were stunned by the full house ocean views! It was exactly as the pictures demonstrated . Being there in person was well worth the price. Both bedrooms could see and hear the ocean. The hot tub on the deck was just wonderful!”
