“We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and into town, which made everything so convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the pull-out bed! We’d definitely stay here again.”

“This is the 4th time we’ve stayed here. We love the house and central location. The only suggestion we’d have is for them to use non fragrant laundry detergent and softener. You can smell it as you drive up to the front door! We often bring our own pillows because the smell is so strong. One guest has to take strong doses of allergy medication to make his stay manageable.”

“We had a great time! The place is roomy and we could spread out or be together. The living room and dining room tablet fit all of us. Having four bathrooms and four showers is fantastic! The kids loved the foosball table and the ping pong table. It would be nice if there were more curtains/thicker curtains so the rooms weren’t so bright at night.”

“The house was exactly what we were expecting. It was clean and more than comfortable for 4 adults, with ample room to lounge around both inside and out. The kitchen is spacious, though we didn’t do any cooking while there. There is also a BBQ on the porch that we didn’t use, but looked to be clean and in good condition. For the most part we spent our time out sightseeing, but the time we did spend at the house was relaxing. We especially liked the front porch. We had an elderly walker/wheelchair bound member of our party that is able to walk up short stairs with a hand rail and the entrance to the house wasn’t a problem. The outdoor deck is also accessible so you only need to climb the stairs once and you have the run of the place, which she quite enjoyed. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend booking here if in Cayucos. It’s also close to the main downtown zone and has convenient stair access to the beach a short walk from the house.”
