“Upon arrival it was great. But as we kept looking at the house. The pictures that are posted did not match when we arrived. The children’s swing was all broken they were not accessible. Also, the water from the pool felt dirty. There was no hammock by the pool like the pictures show. In one of the restroom the toilet seat was coming completely off. Overall the stay was okay. Thank you.”

“Great house to lounge, entertain, and unwind. House was clean but we found a few small bugs in the master bathroom. Not sure if they were silverfish or roaches. We had ants get in through the front door and made it approximately 20’ to the kitchen counter. Otherwise the pool was relaxing and the house was clean.”

“Overall this was an okay place to stay, wish it was cheaper though. I think even with the discounted price since we booked closer to the date of stay it was still expensive. The auto message sent to me a day before checking in was missing a code for the first door. Had to call the host which was unnecessary. After getting to the door with another code either the numerical lock is low battery or it was the wrong code given. They did have a back up plan in hand and we eventually got in the place. But that’s time wasted trying to trouble shoot with the host. The managing host was responsive and nice it’s just I didn’t want to waste my time messaging them back and forth for things. We made do with what’s there instead of having them fix it, like the pool light won’t turn on and the spa jet won’t turn on. the instruction says it will only turn on for 3 mins at a time anyway if it worked ( the switch is turn it back on is about 15 steps away) I was instructed to check circuit breaker etc.”

“The house and amenities matched the pictures, however, it appeared as if it had not been stayed in for a while and was very dusty. Additionally, we found a lizard living in the master bedroom. Lastly, the pool was a great touch but also dirty along with the outdoor furniture and bbq and we were required to do a good amount of cleaning prior to enjoying the amenities.”

“Overall a nice place to stay in a beautiful area. The bed was kind of uncomfortable and the corporate management staff was not the most helpful in getting an issue resolved.”
