“We have been coming to Carp for several years and usually rent a different house in town but were excited to have beachfront access at Rincon for surfing and swimming. The house was more spacious than we anticipated. The beachfront patio was an absolute highlight and the front yard is super private and beautifully landscaped. Great for small kids with flat grass and fully enclosed. The house is absolute heaven for readers - there is a fabulous library for both kids and adults and so many places to curl up with a great book.”
