“Great location with beautiful views and access to the ocean and a beautiful park!”

“The view , the balcony, the sound of the ocean, the beach access was what MADE the place. It was nicely decorated, the furniture was comfortable, the bed I slept in was comfortable and the ceiling fan was quiet. Parking with more than one car was a problem. There was one dedicated space in the condo parking area but the street into condo was all permit parking and we played musical cars all week. It wasn't awful and I suppose parking is difficult all over Santa Barbara. There were 3 bedrooms for 5 people and space wise we were very comfortable. Everyone loved it. It was very relaxing and I never wanted to venture out!”

“Instead of “Oceanfront Luxury” it should be titled “Old and dirty with spiders and ants”. We way overpaid for the one good thing: the beautiful ocean view. Only 1 parking spot. I let the company know many of the unexceptionable problems and the response was when we checked in I should have asked for the HOUSEKEEPER to clean the crumbs and dirt (you do need to wear shoes inside at all times if you don’t want black feet), PEST CONTROL for the spiders all around the front door and yard AND the ants in the primary bathroom, YARD WORKERS to clean the unkept side yard (completely unusable), & MAINTENANCE to fix wiggly water spigot in the kitchen & window screen difficulties. I’m not even going into all the problems but shouldn’t all of those people done the job before we were there instead of when we were there? i have never had to write a negative review before, and don’t like doing it, but for the amount of money charged it should be better. It is definitely not luxury.”
