“Had a wonderful stay and it worked perfectly for our needs for this trip. The way the kitchen opens up to the seating area on the deck created a lovely socializing space, especially when we had extended family visiting.”

“The property itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking views that make it easy to unwind. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we loved that coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. We came to relax, and for the most part we did. The one drawback was the neighbor. From early on, he sat on his porch watching us, which made us feel uncomfortable. Around 9:30 pm, we were at the pool with no music, just soft conversation. He came out and threatened to call the police. We knew about the 9 pm quiet hours, but the sound of the waves was louder than we were, and we were a group of 4 adults simply trying to unwind. The next morning, he was out again while we ate breakfast, watching us in a way that felt intimidating. The home is lovely, but if you book, be aware that you may feel closely monitored by the neighbor.”

“Our stay there was cozy and felt at home. Its located close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. You park infront of house on street and its safe. The bed was very comfy, but it squeaks with just tiny movement. Was nice to open door in the morning while still in bed. Tv could be bigger for the space, but not a deal breaker. We went to Mesa Cafe for breakfast and Boathouse at Henry's beach for dinner. Douglas Preserve was wonderful to walk in the mornings and evenings. Only thing I'd say that needs attention is the towels need to be replaced. The laundry room is shared with owner and they need to clean the inside of them....so we didnt use them. Oh! The soap, shampoo and conditioner is WONDERFUL! Best weve ever used in an airbnb.”

“We had a lovely time staying here! We traveled here with my family and baby. The place was equipped with pack n play and high chair which made it 100% easier for us flying in. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. You can walk right to the beach. It was perfect!”

“Beautiful property! Secluded and gorgeous with lots of space. Perfect for a lot of guests with a lot of space. When arriving, we noticed all the space for sleeping and didn't understand why the maximum guest number is 10 when there are enough places to sleep for 17 people (4 bunk beds, 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 3 couches). I think our rating would be higher if the cost of the rental made more sense with the amount of guests allowed. We would have loved to have more of our family stay in one place. The other BIG issue was the lack of AC or ceiling fans in the hot summer. They had box fans in each room, but that didn’t help much. If the property doesn’t have AC, ceiling fans are a MUST in my opinion. We came with an infant or had to be swaddled, and she was extremely hot all night. Ceiling fans would have helped.”

“Instead of “Oceanfront Luxury” it should be titled “Old and dirty with spiders and ants”. We way overpaid for the one good thing: the beautiful ocean view. Only 1 parking spot. I let the company know many of the unexceptionable problems and the response was when we checked in I should have asked for the HOUSEKEEPER to clean the crumbs and dirt (you do need to wear shoes inside at all times if you don’t want black feet), PEST CONTROL for the spiders all around the front door and yard AND the ants in the primary bathroom, YARD WORKERS to clean the unkept side yard (completely unusable), & MAINTENANCE to fix wiggly water spigot in the kitchen & window screen difficulties. I’m not even going into all the problems but shouldn’t all of those people done the job before we were there instead of when we were there? i have never had to write a negative review before, and don’t like doing it, but for the amount of money charged it should be better. It is definitely not luxury.”
