“The people at casago ask for things that are not in the add. Such as send a copy of drivers license and a selfie this is a personal security risk and I would have booked another place. The parking situation is horrible and cannot accommodate a Toyota Tacoma. The place is in the very back of the building with no marking that units even exist. The checking instructions are completely wrong it gives you three different codes and the one labeled door is not the one you use it is instead a 9 digit number. It seriously took over a half hour to find the unit when standing outside the unit and unlock the door. Very bad description of how to get in. This is all the management company issues. Now to the place. It is very comfortable and private. Being less than a block from the beach. Wonderful amenities such as beach chairs. The location is amazing with plenty of restaurants nearby. This would be rated 5 stars from me if it wasn’t for the management company.”

“This property is near the ocean, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of our experience. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was visible mold on the shower curtain. The host also messaged me repeatedly about confirming my ID, which became excessive and frustrating. We asked about checking in before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time and were told we would be charged approximately 60% of the nightly rate to do so, which felt unreasonable. The house was also missing some basic items I would typically expect in an Airbnb, such as scissors. There is no included parking, and street parking was extremely difficult to find, which is important for future guests to be aware of. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this experience warranted one. Given the cleanliness issues, parking situation, lack of basic amenities, and overall experience with the host, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.”
