“Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property nestled among towering trees with incredible Lake Tahoe views. The house is expansive, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The management team was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. As noted in other reviews, the property could benefit from a bit more TLC — some fresh paint, attention to details, and updated amenities would elevate the experience. That said, it’s still a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a spacious, gorgeous home with stunning lake views.”

“The view is amazing. The house has good bones. The house needs some maintenance. For example the barbecue doesn’t really work. The deck is full of splinters for kids. Our grandkids got some. Needs to be refinished. The outside furniture is cheap. We tried to get help on things we ran out of and it took several hours to get responses. Kettle didn’t work. Dishwashers need attention. Couches are stained. We ordered blankets to put on them because we weren’t sure what the stains were. Washer was full of black mould. Great house. Just needs some attention. Or lower the price and submit updated photos.”
