“This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The way the host handled the situation was unprofessional, confrontational, and unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of trying to resolve things reasonably, they chose to escalate and create tension throughout our stay. Communication felt dismissive and accusatory, and it was clear they were more focused on blaming than finding a solution. What should have been a simple and manageable situation turned into a negative experience that impacted our entire trip. We left the property in good condition, yet the interaction afterward was handled poorly and without any consideration. Overall, this was one of the worst hosting experiences we’ve had, and we would not recommend staying at any of their properties.”
