“The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which was a genuine highlight. The house had decent bones but left us disappointed in several ways. The biggest issue is the “dog friendly” label. The backyard and front lawn were both unkept and full of burrs, and we spent a lot of time picking them out of our dogs. The backyard is spacious but completely unusable in its current condition. Inside, the house was clean but felt sparse and impersonal, more like a vacant property than a home. It was evident the house was flipped on a budget, with touch-up paint needed in several spots and finishes that prioritized cost over quality. Host communication felt transactional before we even arrived, with multiple automated messages about extra fees and rule enforcement. A reasonable option if you just need somewhere quiet to sleep, but not the pet friendly experience it claims to be.”
