“Great location for walking around Capitola or driving to neighboring cities. The unit was comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We enjoyed coffee in the AM and had a full size kitchen at our disposal. plenty of seating and dining space. Toilet and shower are in separate spaces, which makes it convenient for multiple guests to share the same space without bathroom traffic.”

“The location was excellent. However, the inside of the property was extremely dirty: 1. Couch dirty with stains, 2. Dust on all furniture, especially the downstairs bedrooms, 3. Terminate dropping outside on the left wall, upstairs, 4. Bathrooms- all dirty, 5. Pictures can be provided.”

“Great location- close to the beach, shops, and river. Capitola is lovely and cute - a wonderful, relaxed beach town. The unit is up some stairs but is well equipped and comfortable. 2 small bedrooms are on the main floor and the beautiful master is up another flight of stairs. The kitchen is small but very functional and we cooked all our meals easily. The space on the river is shared by 3 units but is a lovely place for meals or using the fire pit. Bailey Property management was wonderful and very responsive. I’d stay here again.”
