“The biggest thing is a couple of the rules and furniture / linens very basic. First rule please park in driveway, neighbor’s get upset if you park in the street. No problem with parking in the driveway but for two of the three days neighbors had five cars for a four car driveway so the neighbors are parked in front of the house. Also owners remark the count the pictures in the house. Does someone really rent a VRBO and steal the pictures? I guess but decor is very basic. House was clean and Roseville has lots of parks, shopping and restaurants close by. Four bedroom house but only one TV in living room. Beds were comfortable but biggest is maybe a queen. The pictures show all lighter colors which makes rooms look brighter, all bedspreads were darker colors and towels had seen their best days. Back yard is large but nothing special. House needs some maintenance issues. We usually stay with family close by or a hotel, but since we wanted an extra bedroom this w”
