“Had a bit of a mixup with pricing when I first reserved the property - but we did come to a workable resolution. The 3rd BR was a converted garage and could only be accessed from an separate entrance, so I couldn't use it for my children. Besides that, really nice property in a really nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive whenever I needed anything. I had a two month stay due to a temporary relocation from my home and it felt like home while we were there. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again if needed.”

The house is very centrally located with walking distance to Burbank all amenities. Well equipped and suitable for a small family. The company renting out where very helpful throughout the rental period!”

It more than accommodated our family of four. It is nearby the hills and local parks in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a large backyard, reliable fast internet (very important for us since we work from home) and all of the necessary amenities in needed. Would highly recommend.”

“Beautiful house, lots of space and a great kitchen to cook in. Love the area for walks and it’s also very close to many amazing things in Burbank. The highlight is the gorgeous backyard, which is really big and colorful - and quiet. Nice attention to detail in the yard design, with a little meditation corner and a small playground for kids. Really nice stay overall and very central!”
