“Clean and convenient location. House was as described. Keyless entry. Street parking at this location was not ideal as there is 2 hour limit 8a-10p”

“The property had multiple serious issues during my stay. There was no working internet for 8 days, despite Wi-Fi being listed as a key amenity and being essential for my remote work. there were no cleaning supplies available for me to maintain the space myself. In addition, the unit was located directly next to the Caltrain station, and the noise level was so high that it was difficult to sleep. I have booked with Blueground four times, and unfortunately every stay has involved significant issues. This experience caused considerable stress, disrupted my work, and prevented me from using the property as intended. According to Airbnb policy, missing or non-functioning amenities and conditions that materially affect the stay may qualify for a refund.”

“Blueground was the worst experience I have had on Airbnb. Took them a month to figure out the unit did not come with parking. Took days to respond. Getting in touch with them was exhausting.”
