“The house was as described. Beautiful location.”

“Overall, we had a good stay and the house was very clean and accurately represented in the photos. The main issue was at check in. We arrived at the scheduled time, but the host was initially unresponsive and said there was an inspection issue from the prior stay, so we waited about 20 minutes to get access. Once inside, communication improved and they were responsive. A work order for the propane tank was handled quickly, which we appreciated. A request to replace a light bulb in the upstairs bedroom was never resolved. There were also no dishwasher pods provided, so we hand washed dishes for the four day stay. Heating was uneven, with the upstairs bedroom noticeably colder, so we relied on space heaters. Positives include a clean and comfortable home, a great hot tub, and a quiet Moonridge location that felt private but was still an easy drive to town, groceries, and snowboarding. Overall, the value for the price was great despite a few hiccups.”

“Cabin exactly as described, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. WiFi, DVDs with good classic movies, board games and lots of fans. My only complaint is that there is no AC and the living area got really warm in the afternoon.”

“They have no trash bins and am asked us to take all the trash bags in our vehicle and drop it on the side of the Big Bear Boulevard, which is far from the house and it is not acceptable as we were not in a position to take all those in our luxury vehicle, but we had no choice because they warned us to fine and also check out time is 10 AM which is not acceptable and they were about to charge even if we were late a single minute. This was the baddest deal I have ever experienced with Airbnb for many years been a client”
