“Pestered with instruction messages in days before check in, while there, and night before check out. Bathroom towels missmatched/worn. Bedding tired/very well used. Bed lumpy/creaky. Shower disgusting/ backs up and you are standing in 2 inches of water. Loft space completely locked off to access, hot tub cannot use. Host has you sign neighborhood waiver about noise yet we were woken up before 7am by a marathon running by the bedroom window and we could hear loud neighbors upon arrival and chainsaws all day Sat. You are expected to be a maid. Wash dishes, take trash to an off site dump site, do load of laundry. I was unable to do laundry because no soap was left. Not spending my vacation going to buy soap. TVs are old and outdated/cannot even log in to stream. Absurd to expect your guests to take trash with them. 'Leave no trace' is for campgrounds. If you have a cleaning service like you claim then what are you paying them to do? And check out before 10am? No hotel is THAT unwelcoming”

“This three story classic gambrel cabin provides the perfect mountain retreat in upper Moonridge. Beautiful views from the comfort of this classic Big Bear cabin overlooking the mountain. Great layout for family and kids with bedrooms on two floors and game room on base level for kids enjoyment. Carpets are clean. Hot tub is pristine, relax in tranquility under the stars. Throw some burgers on the BBQ and roast s’mores over the fire pit with ease on the main deck. Everything a family needs to enjoy a comfy getaway at Big Bear with a few added perks for the kids. Furry friends are welcome. A quick drive to town and its central location make this classic Big Bear cabin a go-to choice for our next getaway.”

“An amazing place, a beautiful cabin only a few steps away from the lifts. Would definitely stay here again. Only little downer would be that it’s quite a dark place and I for one love natural light coming in from all the windows. Other than that, everything was excellent.”
