“The floors are not carpeted. Downstairs neighbor kept banging on his ceiling whenever we walked after 10:00pm. He called the police on a Saturday afternoon claiming we were having a wild party. We were watching TV in the living room with nobody else in the apartment. The police said he had some issues. The apartment itself was very nice, there was no caddy in the second bathroom for soap, shampoo etc. I bought one at HomeGoods for $10. Discarded it at the end of our stay as nothing can be left other than what was there when you arrive. The hallways for a building in Beverly Hills were not very nice. Stained carpeting throughout. The location was AAA+. The smaller bathroom toilet tank had a hairline crack that was previously patched. It started leaking and I turned off the water. Did not need to use it for our stay. Reported it at end of our stay. Also the kitchen faucet sprayed all over when neck was extended. Also reported it at the end of our stay.”
