Effortless Stay in Bermuda Dunes, California

“The property is beautiful, but has deferred maintenance. Jacuzzi didn't work for the first couple days and when it does work it's on a timer so it automatically shuts off so you have to reheat it every time you want to use it. You also need to refill the spa with hose water after every use. The host said they would compensate for inconvenience, but they only refunded the charge to use the spa. Thankful for the refund, but with the differed maintenance they should have refunded a little more. A/C unit in one of the rooms didn't work and in the same room the fan only works if the light is on at the same time, in another room the fan light didn't work making it very difficult to see, the dishwasher is practically not useable. The door doesn't open all the way. Also the stove mitts are worn and depending on where your fingers are you can get easily burned. May want to bring your own. Would have liked to stay here again but question if the whole experience was worth the price.”

“We had 8 guys and it was more than enough beds to sleep and the kitchen was very clean and easy to use, and had all we needed. The house was very spacious for all of us could enjoy the pool and the couch in the living room, dining area. The bedding was clean. I had no complaint at all. Very satisfied. I guess it wasn't a season yet, the price was very reasonable or rather I would say it was cheap!! Overall, 5 star stay!! Thank you, John”
