“My group had an incredible time at Bear Valley! The home was beautiful, Clarissa was super responsive and hospitable, and the proximity to the Bear Valley lodge made getting supplies and doing work-related tasks super convenient! My group really enjoyed ourselves this weekend!”

“We enjoyed our stay overall—the location, lake access, and deck views were highlights. The property has so much charm, though it is starting to show its age a bit. The kitchen felt a little tighter than expected from the photos. Having a few more pots and pans (including non stick pan) would be really helpful for group meal prep. With 12 people, cooking got a bit cramped at times. ​Additionally, there were instruction notes left around the house (such as on the fridge door, kitchen drawers, bathroom tub..). While we appreciated the guidance, fixing those small quirks ahead of time would make the stay feel much more seamless and relaxing.”

“Overall, the location was really nice and we enjoyed being in the Bear Valley area. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home, especially considering the price. The house was quite dusty and didn’t feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned recently. There was a significant amount of dust underneath the couches, and we even found a used sock underneath one of them. The home itself and the location have a lot of potential, but for the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the home during our stay, we didn’t feel it was worth the price. In a positive note the views from the balcony are incredible the house had plenty of hardware games and things to do and the host was very easy to reach.”
