“Fantastic location! It’s walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shops. They also have a lot of beach items in the garage (wagon, beach chairs, etc). If you have small children, I recommend bringing a baby gate for the top of the stairs. We will definitely be back for another visit!”

“Great location right next to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor with beach, ocean, and harbor views. We loved sitting out in the front decks watching the sunset and all the activity. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy walkable area with Twin Lakes Beach and Schwann Lagoon Park just a few blocks away. Very well stocked kitchen, laundry, bath, and bedroom areas. Beds are very comfortable, and nice to have blackout curtains in the upstairs bedroom. Brand new gas grill was a breeze to use. During our stay there was a pair of nesting seagulls on the roof. They quietly sat on the nest 24/7 and didn’t bother us at all. Great place, good communication from the property manager, and wonderful stay!”

Loved the different kind of lighting options as well. Very cool garage that could work as office. Comfortable furniture. Would love to come back here again!!”

“Beautiful house in a great neighborhood! The beds were super comfy, and the towels and linens were nice and soft, excellent quality. It's an old house in excellent condition, with very cool original architectural details. The bunk room was great for the teenagers in the group. Walkable to Capitola Village one way, and 41st St in the other direction. Highly recommend!”
